ABEC – a good investment for ONEX’s office refurbishment

ABEC were contracted by Envirotech Building Services to install the building management system for a fit-out of the 3rd floor offices at 8 St James Square.

The floor that consists of 11,000 sq ft of office space, was recently leased by private equity firm ONEX Corporation and is undergoing a full refurbishment.

A new on-floor BMS was requested to provide monitoring and control for VRF FCU’s, condensers, AHU’s, Electric and Water metering and more. ABEC have designed a wall-mounted control panel with a facia mounted display. The panel will house Synapsys integration equipment for metering & UPS monitoring, and Trend IQ4E products that will be programmed to comply with the customers specification.
