ABEC check-in to Dorsett City Hotel

ABEC were appointed to install and commission the Trend IQ4E building management system in Dorsett City Hotel.

A recent ABEC success was at Dorsett City Hotel, a luxurious 13-storey, 267 bedroom, city hotel in London. ABEC were appointed by Mercury Engineering to install and commission the Trend IQ4E building management system. ABEC are a trusted partner to Mercury Engineering and have been called upon by them to complete BMS works for many prestigious projects.

The BMS system consisted of two main MCC’s in the basement and on the roof which control and monitor plant including boilers, chilled and hot water systems, fire alarm systems, CHP systems and more. Six remote panels were also installed in the risers on the floors for communications to all fan coils on the relevant floors. The Trend 963 Supervisor software that was installed on to the BMS PC provides a graphical, real-time user interface to monitor and make amendments to these plant and building services.
