I confirm that I have been made fully aware of, and understand the contents of, the Health and Safety Policy.

Copies of the Policy can be requested in hard copy from our head office (7 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8DN). The policy can also be downloaded here.

Under the Health and Safety Consultation of Employees Regulations 1996, should you have any objections or implications as to your working practices under the Health and Safety Policy, please consult with the Directors.

Please confirm receipt, acceptance or comments on the policy by printing out the form on page 3 of this policy and returning the completed form by post to head office or by scanning it and emailing to workingsafe@abec.co.uk
