Technical Manager

The Technical Manager will be responsible for the SmartHub division, Technical Support & ABEC Academy for the Managed Service business.

The Role is to ensure a better Quality of delivery from our Operations team by training trainees up to the ABEC standard and assisting engineers with technical issues. The job holder will also be required to manage the successful delivery of our SmartHub which provides remote technical support to our clients.
