Regional Manager

UK - Remote

The Regional Manager will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of Managed Service works (maintenance contracts, maintenance extras and Projects) within a set region or for several key accounts.

This role holds line management responsibility for all team members engaged on the service works within the department. This includes Contract Supervisors, Senior Support Engineers, Support Engineers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Regional Coordinators.

They will take ownership for retaining maintenance contracts, achieving MX order input and repeat projects from contracts.
