Contracts Supervisor

Contracts Supervisor role will be a working role combining hands‐on work/ tasks and supervision for an operational region. The mix will be determined by contractual and team needs and reviewed continuously by the Operations Manager.

The Contracts Supervisor will be both ABEC and customer facing ensuring excellent performance and delivery of all maintenance contracts within assigned region.

The role will require close internal relationships with administration team and the support engineering team, to ensure financial performance and organisational effectiveness to enable successful delivery of all assigned support contracts of varying sizes and types for a wide range of customers within their region.

Customer relationships are also key in this role to ensure we are delivering the expected levels of service and customer experience.

The Contracts Supervisor will also have line management responsibility of 4‐5 Support Engineers ensuring that the team adheres to company processes & policies and delivers the highest level of service to our customers.
